SALON INFORMATION
APPOINTMENTS
As the salon operates an appointment system please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive late we reserve the right to modify or cancel the treatment so appointments for clients following are not effected. If you arrive on time and we commence your treatment late we will still offer the full treatment booked.
CHILDREN
We adore children, but we all need a little special time away from them. For their safety and to satisfy our insurance cover, we are unable to allow them in our salon.
MOBILE PHONES
Bliss Beauty is about relaxation and getting away from it all, so we ask you to switch off your phone the moment you arrive.
This is not only to enable you to relax more, but also to ensure that our other clients are not distrubed.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an appointment we require 24hours notice. Failure to give sufficent notice will incur full cost of the treatment being charged. If you fail to arrive for an appointment it will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged.
